Yeah sometimes I jump on FPS games and I kill so many people that I get called a hacker, then other days I get on and I totally suck to the point of leaving for a while.

Happened with Guild Wars when I used to play it all the time, had on/off days.

I see it happen more in FPS games because it's easier to tell. One day I was top in kills on my team every game I played, the next day I was lucky to get 10 kills in a 20 minute match. It sucks but it happens.

I have a similar problem. Sometimes I log on and play crap. Most of the rest of the time, I play crap.

Pretty well balanced, tbh

Yeup, I frequently have my ups and downs. Fortunately, I get to where I have many more ups than my downs, so I'm not too upset about it.

Had it a few times when playing FPSs. Once in a while it just felt like another game, or if I had another mouse or something. Taking a break for a few days really helps

Sometimes I don't do well in FPS games, other times I completely dominate the opposition.

Guild Wars, I almost always do well.

RTS games, sometimes I get distracted and focus on admiring a unit or a piece of scenery and miss a crucial battle detail. Not so much these days, though.

in FPS games it usually happens to me when the firewall/antivirus decides to go on a rampage and hogs up all the memory (never get Norton Anti Virus. The damn update is on every 5 minutes or it randomly just decides to run a load of processes like the update one even when you have TURNED THE DAMN THING OFF) ARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!

Yeh, slows the frame rate down, lags the game even when your ping is well below 30. You just cant play good if your reflexes are even remotely faster than the computer.

Yea that happens to me a lot but now-a-days I dont play FPS games as much. However when I do go and play BF2 I do really good when I first come back and then after a long spree I start to get worse and worse as I play more so I go back to Guild Wars and pve.

Yeah, happens to me sometimes. At times I monk just fine... maybe 2 weeks back I was responsible for a half-wipe and a couple deaths throughout the area.
